Shipping

All orders are processed within 10–14 business days. Each product is carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Free shipping on all orders over $75.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ancientmoderncare.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item and will be applied to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
